This six-month documentation covers the physical and psychological rehabilitation of Glen Wilson after he experiences a stroke.

The program includes the frustrations of trying to regain use of lost function, and the frustrations from loss of self-esteem. The program also looks at the role of the family caregiver, who in this instance is an adult son. Excellent for physical and occupational therapy students, geriatric psychiatry, and family caregivers. Also appropriate for senior viewing.

The Wilson Crisis has been offered nationally by public television stations and was the reciepient for several awards including a Bronze Cindy from the Information Film Producers of America, a Creative Excellence award from the U.S. Industrial Film Festival, and Second Prize from the International Rehabilitation Film Festival.
