Purchasing Information

Formats
All titles are provided in DVD-Video format unless otherwise noted. If a program is currently available only in VHS, you may order it in DVD for an additional $20. VHS format is available by special request for all programs.

Previews
Short video clips of most programs are available on this website.
We DO NOT offer free previews of entire programs.

Rental Policy
Rentals may be kept up to four weeks. The rental fee can be applied to the purchase of the rented title or any other title in our catalog.

Pricing
The rental charge for each programs is $75
The purchase price for each programs is $150 (unless otherwise noted)
Applicable tax and UPS Ground shipping (USA and Canada) is included in the price.

Shipping
Ground UPS shipping is included in the list price for shipping addresses in the United States and Canada. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery (in-stock items usually ship in 1-2 business days). If ordering by fax, please be sure to provide your e-mail address with your order for shipping confirmation.

Express shipping (within the United States) is available at the additional cost of $30 for next-day air or $20 for second-day air. To ensure immediate processing, please call our office BEFORE placing your order if you need express shipping.

How to Order Online:

1. Add to Shopping Cart. Find the title you wish to rent or purchase and click the "add to cart" button. Click "Continue Shopping" to browse and add more titles.

2. Submit Order. When you have made all of your selections click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of your shopping cart. Fill in your billing and shipping information on our safe and secure form. When you have completed the form, click the "Submit" button.

3. Check your E-mail. You will immediately be sent an e-mail confirming your order. A second e-mail will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
